Offer valid from 1st October to 31st March 2020 for Sunday to Thursday stays only, excluding 24th to 26th December, and 30th December to 1st January 2020. Spa treatments must be booked via email or telephone at time of booking. Offer is subject to availability and based on two people sharing a double or twin room. Rate may vary throughout the offer. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking, no refunds or amendments.
**We strongly advise that guests make dinner reservations for our Riverside Restaurant at the time of booking to avoid disappointment, especially on Fridays and Saturdays.
Please ensure that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow completion of your personal client record card. If you do arrive late for your treatment, there will be no extension to the treatment booked. An alternative may be offered within the time limit. Prior to any treatments being carried out, all clients must complete a client record card, which asks about your medical history. In certain circumstances it may not be possible to receive the treatment you have requested. An alternative treatment may be offered after consultation with the therapist.
